Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To ensure the ongoing functionality, security, and compliance of the Acquisition Management Complex (AMC) Access Control System (ACS), maintaining the system previously installed. The goal is to ensure all security doors are maintained in a safe, fully operational, and compliant condition at all times.

• Maintenance of the Access Control System installed at the AMC and other outlying buildings.

• Covers 328 access-controlled doors across 14 buildings.

• Includes preventative maintenance and corrective repair/replacement services for security doors.

• May include installation of new access control points or replacement of obsolete/failed components on an as-needed basis.

• Requires integration of new hardware and software to be 100% compatible with the Genetec Security Center - Synergis platform.

• Reporting: Quarterly Preventive Maintenance Reports (CDRL 0001), Corrective Maintenance Logs (CDRL 0002) submitted within 3 days of completion, and an Annual Preventive Maintenance Report (CDRL 0003) submitted prior to the end of the period of performance.

• Contract awarded as a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) agreement for scheduled preventative maintenance.

• Separate Firm-Fixed-Price Level-of-Effort (FFP LOE) contract line-item number for unscheduled/corrective maintenance, emergency replacement, and repairs.

• Not-to-Exceed Ceiling for each option year, requiring written authorization for FFP LOE work.
