Submission & Evaluation

• Questions Due: March 13, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern.
• Evaluation: Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsible offeror who is responsive to the solicitation. Responsibility will be determined per FAR subpart 9.104-1. Offerors must hold prices firm for 90 calendar days.
• Bonds: A bid bond (SF-24) is required for bids exceeding $150,000 (20% of total). Performance and Payment Bonds (SF-25A and SF-25) for 100% of the award price are required within 10 days of award.

• A site visit is not organized, but prospective offerors are encouraged to visit the jobsite independently to verify quantities and conditions.
