Scope of Interest
NAVSEA seeks information from interested parties regarding their capabilities to develop and produce:
- ADC MK 2: A CONFIDENTIAL classified device generating/transmitting signals to counter torpedo threats.
- ADC MK 2 Training Device: An ADC MK 2 without acoustic output or hover motor. The Government is interested in firms with experience in weapon systems, deep sea equipment, underwater acoustics, electronics manufacturing (PWB/PCB), metalwork, and handling/storage/shipping of classified equipment.

Submission Requirements
Interested parties should provide:

This is for market research only and does not constitute a request for proposals. The Government will not assume financial responsibility for response costs. A full technical data package will not be supplied, and requests for produced ADC MK 2 devices will be denied. Offerors with requisite security clearance may request a draft Statement of Work (CUI) and a draft Classified Prime Item Performance Specification (PIPS) by contacting Michael Ravnitzky with company security officer details.
