Failure to provide acceptable traceability documentation by the specified deadline (June 16, 2026, 12:00 PM Honolulu Standard Time) will result in the rejection of the quote. Bidders must ensure they can obtain and submit the required documentation from the original source to be considered for this opportunity.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 12 & 13). The requirement is for Acoustic Imagers, specifically the TELEDYNE FLIR MFG P/N: T912425 SI2-PRO NO WIFI CONFIGURATION. This is a brand name requirement due to a NAVSEA initiative.

• Procurement of 2 Acoustic Imagers.

• Offerors must submit TRACEABILITY DOCUMENTATION to demonstrate how their quotation meets the required specifications. Failure to do so may result in technical unacceptability.

• Offerors must complete and include provisions 52.204-24, 52.204-26, 252.204-7016, and 252.204-7019 with their offer.

• The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses effective through FAC 2025-06 (October 1, 2025) and DFARS Change Notice 20251110.

• Estimated Delivery to Pearl Harbor: Specified in Calendar Days ARO (to be determined by offeror).

• Evaluation criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
