Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To perform a structural analysis to ensure the structural integrity of an area to support additional weights of acoustic tiles, and potentially procure and install acoustic tiles and associated hardware.

• Perform a Professional Engineer (PE) stamped structural analysis (CDRL A001).

• Price acoustic tile materials and installation as an optional item.

• If a modification is provided for materials and installation, coordinate with the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) for pre-installation discussions.

• Procure and install 1,155 each Wide Slant 2' x 2', Standard, Charcoal Gray tiles (part number AUTT22SQWSTSMCHG) with associated cabling, connectors, hardware, and installation materials.

• Receive and inspect materials for damage or shortages.

• Test A/V and VTC systems after tile installation to ensure functionality.

• Complete re-calibration of any re-installed equipment.

• Provide all necessary equipment and tooling for installation.

• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) per OSHA regulations.

• Protect Government property from damage.

• Keep work areas clear and secure equipment daily.

• Clean up all installed equipment and debris.

• Conduct a final work-through with the TPOC.

• Structural analysis must ensure structural integrity.

• Installation must ensure functionality of A/V and VTC systems to manufacturer specifications.

• Data deliverable required per CDRL A001.

• The work is unclassified.

• Travel to Dahlgren, VA is anticipated for Engineers, Project Managers, and Technical Engineers.

• Contractor shall not perform services outside of structural analysis and data delivery unless a contract modification is issued.

• Government reserves the right to modify the contract for materials and installation services.

• Adherence to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Specifications and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Regulations.
