Scope of Work

- One (1) preparation package, encompassing vehicle cleaning, preparation for start-up, and pre-delivery testing.

Eligibility & Submission
- Eligibility: Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) prior to submitting an offer and provide proof of registration. Additionally, offerors must have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in France (Kbis or equivalent document required) and demonstrate experience providing SUVs in France over the past three years.
- Submission: Electronic offers must be submitted to ParisContracting@state.gov. Submissions must be in English, using MS-Word, MS-Excel, or PDF formats, with individual file sizes not exceeding 30MB. Incomplete proposals will not be accepted.

Evaluation
