Eligibility & Submission

  • Eligibility: Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) prior to submitting an offer and provide proof of registration. Additionally, offerors must have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in France (Kbis or equivalent document required) and demonstrate experience providing SUVs in France over the past three years.
  • Submission: Electronic offers must be submitted to ParisContracting@state.gov. Submissions must be in English, using MS-Word, MS-Excel, or PDF formats, with individual file sizes not exceeding 30MB. Incomplete proposals will not be accepted.

Evaluation

Offerors must provide the name and address of at least one garage capable of maintaining the vehicle in Le Havre or its vicinity. Offers must remain valid for a minimum of 45 calendar days from the date of submission.
