Purpose & Scope
The U.S. Embassy in Lima, Peru, seeks to acquire new, unused, current production wall-mounted inverter split AC units (Split Pared Inverter) for its facilities. The required units must be 220V and have cooling capacities of 12,000, 18,000, and 24,000 BTU/h. Key technical features include DC inverter compressor technology, R410A refrigerant, and a SEER2 efficiency rating between 16-23. Units can be cooling-only or heat pump. Contract Details & Requirements
A purchase order will be awarded to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced acceptable quotation. Offerors must provide a standard manufacturer's warranty of at least one year, including local service, maintenance, and repair support within Peru. Availability of genuine spare parts must be guaranteed for a minimum of five years after receipt of goods. Technical datasheets or product brochures are required with submissions. Delivery is to the US EMBASSY WAREHOUSE (VILLA EL SALVADOR), ALDEAS 3 - Coop. Las Vertientes Calle 8, Villa El Salvador – Peru, within 30 calendar days after Receipt of Order (ARO). Pricing must be all-inclusive (direct/indirect costs, overhead, profit, shipping, insurance, taxes, local customs duties). Payment terms are Net 30 days.
Eligibility & Submission
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to proposal submission and must have a local representative, dealer, or authorized service center in Lima, Peru. Offers must be submitted in English and priced in U.S. dollars. Quotations must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date.
Evaluation & Key Dates
