Purpose & Scope
The ADDP4 contract will provide worldwide dental coverage to ADSMs across all U.S. Uniformed Services. The scope includes diagnostic and preventive services, claims processing, customer service, and the development and maintenance of extensive dental provider networks in both CONUS and OCONUS regions. The contractor will supplement care provided in DoD Dental Treatment Facilities (DTFs) and ensure access for ADSMs without DTF access or in remote areas.

Feedback & Engagement

Responses to the RFI Questions must be submitted via the form link provided in the ADDP4-RFI-Questions.pdf attachment. Industry one-on-one sessions are available for prospective prime contractors (subcontractors may attend) on June 16, 2026. To request a session, email primary and secondary contacts with preferred times and participant details by May 29, 2026.
