Scope of Work
The ADDP4 contractor will provide comprehensive worldwide dental care services to ADSMs across all U.S. Uniformed Services. This program supplements care provided in military dental treatment facilities (DTFs) and ensures coverage for ADSMs in regions without DTFs. The contractor will establish and maintain a dental provider network in the Continental United States (CONUS) and agreements with TRICARE OCONUS Preferred Dentists for Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) service areas. Services include OCONUS routine, urgent, and emergency dental care for ADSMs in remote areas, with specific exceptions for Bahrain, Honduras, Qatar, Kuwait, and Souda Bay, Greece.
