Quick Summary

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is in the acquisition planning phase for the next generation Active Duty Dental Program (ADDP4) contract, which will replace the current ADDP3 expiring April 30, 2029. This is a Special Notice providing information on the anticipated procurement for worldwide dental care services for eligible active duty Service members (ADSMs). A Request for Information (RFI) and draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) have been posted at the updated SAM.gov announcement location.

Scope of Work

The ADDP4 contractor will provide comprehensive worldwide dental care services to ADSMs across all U.S. Uniformed Services.
