Submission Requirements
Quotes must include unit price, total price, and proposed RTAT. If the item has not been previously purchased by NAVSUP WSS or if prices have increased, offerors must provide the NSN of a similar item, a copy of an invoice (redacted), or the basis of their pricing. A Testing and Evaluation (T&E) fee/price must be provided for assets determined Beyond Repair (BR/BER). Offerors must also provide their Awardee CAGE, Inspection & Acceptance CAGE, and Facility/Subcontractor CAGE. Crucially, only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item will be considered; proof of authorization on company letterhead is required with the offer. Accelerated delivery is encouraged and accepted. All freight is FOB Origin.
