Scope of Work
This opportunity is for the procurement of ACTUATOR,ELECTRO-ME components. Key requirements include:

- IUID Exemption: DFARS clause 252.211-7003 "Item Unique Identification and Valuation" is deleted for these non-CLSSA FMS spares requirements due to their nature and ownership by FMS customer countries.
