Submission Requirements
Offerors must provide an estimated repair price for the full effort. A Teardown & Evaluation (TD&E) must be completed within 90 days of carcass receipt, followed by a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) quote for the full repair. Quotes must include the cost of new material (actual or estimated) for evaluation, specify any exceptions to solicitation requirements, and detail the TD&E Rate, Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT), Throughput Constraint, and Induction Expiration Date. The requested RTAT is 365 days, with price reductions for non-compliance. Non-OEM offerors must provide OEM name, CAGE, and a signed letter of authorization. Packaging at a different location requires facility details. Waivers/Deviations and certain data submissions are processed via the Electronic Contractor Data Submission (ECDS) system.
