Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must provide an estimated repair price for the full effort. After carcass receipt, vendors have 90 days for Teardown & Evaluation (TD&E), followed by submission of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) quote. Quotes must include the cost of new material (actual or estimated) for evaluation, specify any exceptions (e.g., packaging, labeling, inspection locations), and detail:
