Statement of Objectives (SOO)

To secure sole source storage and factory warranty repair for the Mobile Modular Meeting Space (MMMS).

• Provide year-round, climate-controlled, secure storage in a centrally located area within the USA.
• Storage must accommodate six (6) shipping containers as detailed in Table 1.
• Possess demonstrated capability and expertise to repair, modify, and maintain the MMMS to ensure functionality and aesthetics under continuation of the OEM warranty.
• Possess necessary material handling equipment for moving the shipping containers.

February 15, 2026 – August 15, 2026

• The offeror will manage all aspects of MMMS maintenance, insurance, and storage.
