Scope of Work
This solicitation is for the supply of ADAPTER, BNC-LEMO. Key requirements include:
- First Article Testing: Contractors must conduct First Article Test/Inspection on five units, with government approval required prior to manufacturing the full order. A report must be submitted per DD Form 1423.
- Technical Documentation: Compliance with Individual Repair Part Ordering Data (IRPOD), drawings, technical data, and military specifications is mandatory. These documents are available at

- Packaging: Specific packaging requirements apply, including MIL-PRF-23199, MIL-DTL-24466 green poly bags, and MIL-STD 2073, with detailed cleanliness controls. Fire retardant packaging is no longer required.
- Mercury Exclusion: Mercury or mercury-containing compounds must not be intentionally added or come into direct contact with hardware.
- Report Submittals: Reports of Test and Inspection (ROTI) and other required reports must be submitted electronically (WAWF or alternative means) to NAVSUP-WSS, Code N9433. PCO authorization is required to start production or ship material.
