Key Requirements
Offerors must be an authorized source for items supplied by Mission Systems Davenport (Cobham). If not the manufacturer, an official letter from the OEM confirming authorized distributorship is required with the offer. Quotes must include unit price, total price, delivery lead time, CAGE code, and a minimum 90-day expiration. All items will undergo 100% production lot testing at Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head. Material Certificates of Conformance (C of C's) are required for all First Article and Production Lot Testing materials.
