Evaluation
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the government, based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach.
- Technical Acceptability: Offerors must submit a written technical approach (maximum 5 pages) demonstrating strict adherence to the Salient Characteristics. This will be rated as acceptable or unacceptable.
- Evaluation Process: The government will evaluate the lowest priced offers for technical acceptability. If the first three lowest priced offers are technically acceptable, no further offers will be evaluated. If any of the first three are unacceptable, the evaluation will continue until three technically acceptable offers are identified.
