Scope of Work
The contractor will provide adjunct faculty services to support the USNCC's mission of delivering naval-relevant education to enlisted service members. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing instructional support for core Naval Studies Courses and, occasionally, Navalized General Education courses.
- Delivering asynchronous instruction for typically eight-week, three-semester-hour courses.
- Administering college-level courses using USNCC-provided syllabi, reading materials, assignments, and rubrics.
- Developing lesson plans, administering and grading assessments, and submitting grades.
- Ensuring faculty maintain professional proficiency and are either Academically Qualified (AQ) or Professionally Qualified (PQ).
- Requiring a Project Manager (PM) with a Master's degree and at least five years of relevant experience.
