Submission & Evaluation
- Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value. Technical and Past Performance factors combined are equal to Price. Quotes must be technically acceptable, have acceptable or neutral past performance, and a fair and reasonable price.
- Required Documentation: Offerors must submit pricing for all line items, complete the Schedule of Items, provide Offeror's Information (Attachment 2), and complete the Past Performance Questionnaire (Attachment 3) if CPARS data is unavailable. Offerors submit Section A of Attachment 3; assessors submit Section B directly to the government.
- Quote Validity: Prices must be held firm for 90 calendar days from the offer receipt date.
