Submission & Evaluation
Proposals are due by June 22, 2026, at 4:00 PM local time. Proposal pricing must remain valid for 150 calendar days from the due date. Evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are approximately equal to cost or price. A cost realism evaluation will be performed for CPFF CLINs. Certified cost or pricing data will not be required if there is competition, but will be required if there is only one offeror.
