Submission & Evaluation
Proposals are due by 04:00 PM local time on June 22, 2026. Offerors must ensure their proposal pricing is valid for 150 calendar days from the due date. Evaluation will consider factors other than cost or price, which, when combined, are approximately equal to cost or price. Certified cost or pricing data will not be required if there is competition, but may be required if only one offer is received. Cost realism evaluation will be performed for Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) CLINs.
