Scope of Work
This requirement is for non-personal services to provide Marine Engineering Project Office Administrative Assistant IV duties at PSNS & IMF Code 280.4. Key tasks include:
- Processing ship drawings, Liaison Action Records (LARs), Ship Change Documents (SCDs), and Ship Installation Drawings (SIDs).
- Compiling and verifying data for various reports, such as the PSNS PY Status Report and Third Party SID Report.
- Maintaining a Planning Yard Integration Control Log (PYICL) book and database.
- Processing historical documents for electronic storage.
- Requires expertise in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, Project, and Adobe Pro.
- A minimum of two (2) full-time contractor employees are required to provide 250 man-days of service.
- Work is to be performed on-site at building 290 within the PSNS/IMF Controlled Industrial Area (CIA).

Special Requirements
Personnel must possess a high school education, 5-7 years of Administrative Assistant experience, one year of Navy Modernization experience, and 5-7 years of Microsoft Office product experience. A minimum of two full-time personnel is required. Personnel must have a final CONFIDENTIAL security clearance, up-to-date Cyber Awareness Training, and a Common Access Card (CAC) with NMCI and COMNDNET computer system access. On-site work requires a YELLOW CIA access badge and compliance with Naval Base Kitsap (NBK) and PSNS & IMF security procedures. A supervisor must be available on-site within 2 hours.
