Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination services for the Catholic community. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining a monthly Catholic Community calendar.
- Creating weekly bulletins and announcements.
- Assisting with community event coordination and publicity.
- Maintaining Catholic Community registration and collecting sacramental records.
- Supporting Mass services, including preparation of liturgical books and Eucharistic elements.
