Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all necessary management, personnel, equipment, tools, parts, labor, and materials for the comprehensive support of the AAIS-PSP-ITASAs. Key services include:
- Preventative Maintenance (PM): Required every sixty (60) days for nineteen (19) units managed by EMXS and every thirty (30) days for two (2) units managed by SWES, including refrigerant, oil, and temperature/pressure checks and calibration.
- On-Call Maintenance: Response within one business day at Hill Air Force Base, with the contractor responsible for replacement parts for routine and non-routine repairs.
- Deliverables: Submission of a Monthly Status Report (CDRL A001) by the 10th calendar day of each month, and an Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health (ESOH) Plan (CDRL A002) with the proposal.
