This Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for providing maintenance, servicing, repair, and calibration of twenty-three (23) Advanced AIS Programmable Signal Processor Interface Test Adapter & Sub-Assemblies (AAIS-PSP-ITASAs), Model 1670, at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB).

• Basic Services: The contractor will provide all necessary management, personnel, equipment, tools, parts, labor, and materials for the maintenance, repair, service, and calibration of the AAIS-PSP-ITASAs.

• Preventative Maintenance (PM): PM is required every sixty (60) days for nineteen (19) units managed by the Electronic Maintenance Support Group (EMXS) and every thirty (30) days for two (2) units managed by the Software Engineering Squadron (SWES). PM includes checks and calibration for refrigerant, oil, and temperature/pressure.

• On-Call Maintenance: The contractor must respond within one business day to provide on-call maintenance services at HAFB. Replacement parts for routine and non-routine repairs are the contractor's responsibility unless provided by the government.

• Monthly Status Report: The contractor must provide a monthly status report of repairs completed or in progress, due by the 10th calendar day of each month (CDRL A001).

• Error Tolerance: No more than one substantive error per quarter for all CDRL submittals. Substantive mistakes must be corrected within two working days.

• Period of Performance: One (1) twelve-month basic year plus four (4) twelve-month option years.

• Place of Performance: Hill Air Force Base (HAFB), Utah.

• Security: Contractor personnel require access to HAFB and will be escorted on-site. A Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) credential or visitor pass may be requested. No Common Access Card (CAC) is required. Contractor personnel must not release or remove system documentation and must comply with all clearance and access requirements.

• Environmental: Contractor employees must be aware of potential hazardous materials in industrial areas and take proper protective measures. Compliance with all applicable environmental laws and regulations is required. Immediate notification to 911 is required for any spills of hazardous materials.

• Safety: The contractor must implement a safety program and establish a Safety Plan (CDRL A002) that addresses mishap reporting, hazard analysis, and employee training. Compliance with OSHA and other applicable safety laws and standards is mandatory. The contractor is responsible for the safety of their employees and any subcontractors.

• Conflicts of Interest: The contractor shall not assign personnel in a way that creates a conflict of interest.

• Utilities Conservation: Employees must be instructed in utilities conservation practices.

• Government Observations: Government personnel may observe operations but shall not interfere.

• Weather Hazards: Workers may encounter hazardous weather conditions.

• Motor Vehicles & Housekeeping: Compliance with specific traffic safety programs and OSHA housekeeping standards is required.
