Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract to SANS Innovation Center, LLC. on 11200 Rockville Pike, Suite 200, North Bethesda, MD 20852. The requirement is to procure training instruction for the Army’s Advanced Cyber Operations- Academics (ACO-A) functional course, 170A Cyber Warfare Technician WOIC (170A WOIC) and 170A Cyber Warfare Technician WOAC (Follow-On) (170A WOAC) courses, US Army Cyber School, Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE), Fort Gordon, Georgia. Services include providing the U.S. Army Cyber School with three iterations of eight SANS courses (SEC560, SEC542, SEC580, SEC565, SEC599, SEC660, FOR508, SEC699), six GIACs (GPEN, GWAPT, GDAT, GCFA, GXPN, and GRTP) for the ACO-A functional course, two (2) iterations of 170A Cyber Operations Technician WOAC & 170A Cyber Warfare Technician WOIC courses (SEC588, FOR508 and FOR572), three GIACs (GCFA, GNFA and GCFR) and also providing the U.S. Army Cyber School with two practice tests for each GIAC. The NAICS code is 611420. The authority for this non-competitive award is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by 07:00 a.m. on January 20, 2026. an award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
