Scope of Work
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for tailored, private AFSIM training and ODC services. Key requirements include:

- A four-day course for up to 24 JWAC Government employees, focusing on comprehensive AFSIM modeling techniques (e.g., radar sensors, guided mover weapons, space assets, optimization, simulation, advanced task processors, coding, coordinated flight, data fusion).
- A three-day course for up to 4 JWAC Government employees, focusing on AFSIM development methodologies, modeling techniques, and advanced scripting support.
- Training will take place off-site at the University of Mary Washington/Dahlgren Campus, VA. The contractor is responsible for procuring training rooms, computer systems, and licensing.
- Offshore Development Center (ODC) Services: These services are required for the base year and two option years.
