Scope of Work
The requirement is for a state-of-the-art Laboratory Scale R&D Lyophilizer with advanced features. Key specifications include:
- Controlled Ice Nucleation and Foam Drying Ready capabilities.
- An ASME rated product chamber with an isolation valve and ports for controlled Ice Nucleation Technology.
- Precise temperature control for shelves (± 0.5°C) between -65°C to 60°C.
- Vacuum control (±5mTor) for full load traditional freeze drying.
- Integrated Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) System (Lyoflux compatible) for vapor flux monitoring.
- Minimum of three shelves with a surface area greater than 0.4 m².
- Air-cooled freeze dryer with at least two compressors.
- Includes a solvent trap, rapid defrosting, and inert gas backfill capability.
- On-site installation, qualification, performance testing, and training for at least 6 scientists.
