- Company Profile: Company Name, Address, CAGE Code, Point of Contact, E-mail, Website, Telephone, and Business Category/Size.
- General Response Information: Detailed description of relevant industry experience or past performance related to Payload and Launching System Support, performance parameters, current availability, summary of prior production/testing, test reports, budgetary estimates, and lead times.
Contractors must be registered in SAM.gov. Access to controlled attachments (drawings) will require SAM.gov and Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification.
