The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to alert interested vendors of a pending solicitation to be issued on or about October 30, 2025. Responses are not required or requested at this time.
This project is intended for the Replacement and/or Retrofit of one (1) Elevator at the GPO, Washington, DC. The A/E shall be responsible for the performance of the Investigative Services to understand the existing conditions, review of existing as-built drawings, design & bidding documents, specifications, construction cost estimates, construction phasing schedule, bid phase services, construction period services, and preparation of as built & record drawings. The A/E shall also accommodate review of the design by a potential third-party Subject Matter Specialist (SMS), periodic inspections by SMS, final inspections and certifications.
