Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide professional architectural and engineering (A&E) support services for projects assigned to the 86th Civil Engineer Squadron, primarily supporting the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC) area, and potentially other locations within the United States European Command.

This SOW covers multi-disciplined A&E services for the design of various U.S. military buildings, structures, and facilities throughout Europe. • All submittals and correspondence must be in English (USA), with English taking precedence over German in case of conflict.

• Work must comply with U.S. and Host Nation laws and regulations.

• Geospatial data must be delivered in ESRI File Geodatabase format, compliant with AF SDSFIE, and use GCS_WGS_1984 coordinate system.

• Submittals require quality control reviews and written acceptance from the government.
