• Specialized Technical & System Design: Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), building structure and envelope, safety, security, and compliance.
• Required AE Disciplines: Architecture, Interior Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Civil, Plumbing Engineering, Historic Preservation, Fire Protection Engineering, Security, Space Planning, Cost Estimating, Scheduling, Environmental Services, BIM, and Quality Control.

Projects will primarily involve repair and alteration, with estimated construction costs ranging from $2,000 to $3.961M. Fees for design services cannot exceed 6% of the Estimated Cost of Construction at Award (ECCA).

1. Cover letter outlining firm's specialization and capabilities.
2. SAM Entity Overview Print Out (active SAM registration required).
3. Standard Form 330 (SF330) - Architect-Engineer Qualifications.
4. Separate list of licensed professionals and their states of licensing.

Evaluation Factors

Submissions will be evaluated based on:

• Relevant Project Experience: Minimum of 3, maximum of 5 comparable projects demonstrating repair/alteration work, building system upgrades, historic preservation (especially classical architecture), and workplace design. ECCA for comparable projects should range from $50,000 to $3.961M. Emphasis on creative problem-solving.
• Team Capacity, Management, and Quality Control: Ability to manage task orders, sub-consultants, and customer agencies, with formalized quality control processes.
• Key Personnel Education and Qualifications: Licensing and specialized expertise (e.g., Qualified Fire Protection Engineer).
• Past Performance: CPARS (if applicable, max 3 recent records). Lack of government experience will not negatively impact selection.
