Scope of Work
NAVAIR seeks sources for the procurement of RR-198/AL and RR-199/AL Chaff Countermeasures. The RR-198/AL is an advanced countermeasure with Millimeter Wave technology, while the RR-199/AL is a training countermeasure. Contractors must possess the manufacturing technology, infrastructure, and capacity to produce both types of chaff countermeasures, conduct verification and inspection testing, and meet estimated quantities within required timelines. A "Secret" Facility Clearance will be required.

Required Capabilities
