Scope of Work
Services, detailed in the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), include non-personal case management to support the Aerospace and Operational Medicine Division, ensuring medical readiness for approximately 70,000 reservists globally. Key activities encompass:
- Aeromedical Case Processing: Evaluating medical data, updating electronic systems (AIMWTS, ECT, PEPP, MEDXS), coordinating with agencies, and ensuring timely processing.
- Program Administration & Reporting: Providing administration, generating reports on metrics and data quality, creating educational tools, and preparing correspondence.
- Unit & Member Customer Support: Offering support for aeromedical case processing and workflow to individuals and system users across reserve units and commands.

Personnel will require an active favorable Tier 1 National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) within 60 days of contract start.
