Quick Summary
The USAFE/AFAFRICA -- A4 Logistics function is conducting market research for an Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) Digital System. This initiative seeks an upgraded digital management system for the AF Form 864, Daily Requirement and Dispatch Record, and an active inventory system to manage AGE across five United States Air Force European locations, including Ramstein AB, Germany. This is a Sources Sought notice for planning purposes. Responses are due by April 10, 2026.
Scope of Work
The Government is seeking industry input on developing a digital management system to replace unorganized, manual equipment tracking and dispatch processes. Key requirements include:
- Digital AF Form 864 Management: Ability to input and store values from AF Form 864 (e.g., Date, Shift/Work Center, Equipment Serial Number, Time requested/dispatched, Priority, Fuel Quantity) into a digital format, stored in a database and external hard drive.
- Active Inventory System: A live database to actively monitor AF Form 864 inputs for current inventories, equipment movement, and duration of use.
- Hardware & Data: Provision of a data plan/service and 5 durable devices per location.
- User Access: Support for up to 100 users per location, with oversight authority access to each location's data.
- Dashboard: Development of a MAJCOM-specific dashboard to monitor inventories across all five locations.
- Experience: Vendors must demonstrate experience testing or working systems in an OCONUS environment and linking to foreign systems.
