- Data input and updates to government databases.

Submission & Evaluation

- Submission: Electronically via email to joy.grubb.1@us.af.mil and mercedes.perez.1@us.af.mil. Proposals must be in three parts: Price, Technical (25-page limit), and Past Performance.
- Past Performance: Offerors must submit Attachment 3 (List of References) and Attachment 4 (Questionnaire). Customers must return PPQs directly to the Government.
- Evaluation Factors: Best Value Trade-Off, considering Price, Technical, and Past Performance. Technical and Past Performance combined are approximately equal to Price.
- Technical Subfactors: Recruit, Hire, and Retain Qualified Personnel; Quality Control Plan (QCP).
- Award Basis: Award will be made to the technically acceptable 8(a) offeror with the lowest evaluated reasonable and realistic price that demonstrates "Substantial Confidence" in past performance.
Additional Notes
