Submission & Evaluation
This is not a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bid. Interested parties should submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation for consideration. Award will only be made if the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The estimated cost for qualification testing and evaluation is $10,000, with an estimated engineering support activity time of 90 days. Waivers for source qualification may be granted under specific criteria.
