This solicitation seeks qualified vendors to manufacture and deliver 4,500 Air Force Curvy Dress Skirts (PGC # 00736) in various sizes (4S-18R, 4L-18L). Key requirements include:
- Specifications: Compliance with SPEC 11-PD-20-026B (dated August 8, 2025) and Pattern Date August 4, 2025.
- Materials: Skirts must use a blend of 55% Polyester/45% Worsted Wool Serge Cloth, Air Force Shade Blue 1620 (MIL-DTL-823, Type III, Class 4), with lining per A-A-52106, Class 4. The "AF Cloth" material is Non-Government Furnished Material (GFM) and must be purchased by the contractor.
- Design: Features include two side seams, a center back seam with kick pleat, two front quarter top pockets, a three-piece curved waistband, six belt loops, and a center back closure with zipper and buttons. Skirts must be fully lined and unhemmed.
- Quality Assurance: Adherence to DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements (RA001), DLA Packaging Requirements (RP001), Higher Level Contract Quality Requirements (RQ001), and DLA Troop Support Clothing & Textiles Additional Quality Assurance Requirements.
