Submission Requirements
Offerors must submit one electronic copy of their quote via email. The quote should include:

- Firm-fixed-price per roll for labels meeting the Salient Characteristics (Attachment 1).
- Pricing breakdown for each 12-month ordering period across the 5-year BPA lifecycle.
- Indication of whether shipping costs are included or billed separately.
- Unit and extended prices for all line items, period of performance, required Offeror Representations and Certifications Information, Offeror CAGE Code, and Discount Terms.
- Quotes must be effective until September 30, 2026.
Evaluation
