Scope of Work
This requirement is for the purchase and delivery of two (2) specific brand-name AERCO Benchmark BMK 2000 Platinum condensing boilers (Model # GWBF-USA-9RB). The boilers must meet detailed salient characteristics, including a 439 Stainless steel heat exchanger, Dual inlet Fault Mode Diagnostic Panel, 20:1 Turndown Ratio, AERtrim o2 Trim Technology, Dual Return Connections, and Low NOx (20 ppm or less) emissions. They must also fit through a standard doorway (28"W x 42.6"D x 78"H) and come with specific warranties (e.g., lifetime thermal shock, 10-year pressure vessel, 5-year burner). Installation will be handled by 2 CES personnel.
