This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products, specifically two (2) brand-name AERCO Benchmark BMK 2000 boilers. The acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns and is for the 2d Civil Engineering Squadron at Barksdale AFB, LA. Installation will be handled by 2 CES personnel.

• Procurement of two (2) AERCO Benchmark BMK 2000 boilers.

• Delivery terms: Freight on Board (FOB) Destination.

• The boilers must conform to the customer's salient characteristics (detailed in Attachment 2).

• Contract award will be based on price/technical to determine best value.

• Funds are not presently available; the government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation.

• The government may re-evaluate quotations by unit price per item and award on a SOME, NONE, or ALL basis.

• Questions due by 1:30 PM Central Daylight, Thursday, 16 April 2026.

• Answers to questions expected on or around Monday, 20 April 2026.

• Quotes due by 1:30 PM CDT, Friday, 24 April 2026.

• Quotes must be submitted via email to the listed Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer.

• Evaluation factors include Price (ranked lowest to highest) and Technical ability to furnish the requested items.

• The government intends to award without discussions; initial offers should be the best terms.

• This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.
