Scope of Work
The effort involves replacing existing airfield lighting systems on runways 36R/18L and 05/23, associated ramps, and taxiways. All parts and materials must be provided by Youyang Airfield Lighting Equipment, Inc. Key tasks include:
- Main Runway (36R/18L): Replace halogen lighting with Youyang LED system, replace distance remaining signage and PAPI, utilizing existing infrastructure where feasible.
- Alternate Runway (36L/18R): Repair damaged handholds and adjust red runway end lights.
- Taxiway & Apron Lighting: Replace all halogen taxiway lights at 32 shelters and six taxiways, replace apron lighting, provide identification signage, and ensure proper drainage.
- Electrical Systems: Replace Constant Current Regulators (CCRs), provide climate control for CCR room, replace Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), connect secondary generator, and install phones in CCR/generator rooms.
- Control Systems: Update the Airfield Lighting Control & Monitoring System (ALCMS) with a new map, replace tower control system and cabling, and replace CCR control panels.
- Support: Provide maintainer and operator training, two years of spare parts and consumables, and all required commissioning activities.

Evaluation
