Scope of Work
The Government is seeking commercial partners to manage a large-scale, decentralized, or cohort-based training program. Key requirements include:

- Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Tier 2 (Combat Lifesaver - CLS) - DHA/JTS guidelines. Vendors providing TCCC Tier 2 must possess JTS authorization prior to contract award.
