Opportunity Details

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (Request for Quotation - RFQ) for commercial products and services. The requirement is for two new IDS to support two additional secure spaces within Bldg 66048 (SALSSA) at the Starfire Optical Range, Kirtland AFB. The installed systems must be 100% usable and functional, and fully integrate with the current Kirtland AFB Lenel IDS infrastructure. Alarm monitoring must meet Intelligence Community Directive (ICD)-705 requirements.

Scope of Work

The contractor shall:

  • Procure and install two new IDS, including:
    • Command keypad
    • IP door interface
    • Input control module
    • Motion detectors
  • Install all necessary equipment, including cabinets, Lenel control boards, and associated wiring.
  • Program and test the Lenel system.
  • Program and test the Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) alarm.
  • Ensure full integration and functionality with existing Lenel infrastructure. The Government will provide floor plan drawings for the installation areas.

Evaluation Criteria
