Scope of Work
The contractor will provide essential subject matter expertise for the AFTOC program, managing the entire data lifecycle from collection and transformation to validation and presentation. Key responsibilities include:
- Data Lifecycle Management: Assisting in the collection, transformation, validation, and presentation of data from various DAF and OSD systems.
- System Maintenance & Support: Providing database management, data production, and IT support for the AFTOC system and its servers.
- Functional Expertise: Applying knowledge of AF financial, maintenance, supply, and logistics data systems to integrate disparate sources.
- Key Tasks: Data acquisition, integration of system changes, data conversions/validation, data presentation (using tools like Business Objects and Tableau), quality assurance, CUI data markings, Configuration Control Board (CCB) participation, training, helpdesk operations, documentation, and database administration.

Submission Requirements

- Ingesting, integrating, and transforming data from Air Force and OSD systems, with experience in SQL, Business Objects, and Tableau.
- Transitioning new data systems with legacy systems and understanding data structure changes.
- Experience with AF financial, supply, maintenance, munitions, contingency planning operations, and the Air Force Instructional System Development (ISO) process.
- Experience with Air Force manpower source data systems and data integrity management. Statements must also include company information (CAGE Code, Unique Entity ID), small business status, subcontracting plans, and details on teaming arrangements.
