Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) for a 4 Degree Trailer Company P/N 12600 (or equivalent) wing jack trailer. The trailer is needed to support Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) operations by providing safe, efficient, and expedited loading/unloading/transportation for up to four 30-ton wing jacks or other various items.

• A wing jack trailer meeting specific salient characteristics (detailed in an attachment).

• This will be a Firm Fixed-Price Contract.

• Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

• Evaluation Factors: Best value based on technical capabilities (Acceptable/Unacceptable) and price (determined reasonable and not unbalanced).

• Questions Due: No later than 1400 CST 10 April 2026.

• Quotes Due: No later than 1400 CST 16 April 2026.

• Quote Format: Emailed quotes, limited to 3 pages or less. File compression (e.g., .zip) will not be accepted. Late quotes will not be considered.
