Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) for a wing jack trailer to support Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) operations. The government requires a trailer capable of safely and efficiently loading, unloading, and transporting up to four 30-ton wing jacks or other various items.

• One (1) 4 Degree Trailer Company P/N 12600 (or equivalent) wing jack trailer.

• The trailer must meet the salient characteristics detailed in an attachment.

• This will be a Firm Fixed-Price Contract.

• Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

• Submission Deadline: Quotes must be received no later than 1400 CST on [Date - 15 days from posting].

• Submission Method: Email quotes to natanael.valdez@us.af.mil and molly.nussbaum@us.af.mil. Do not use file compression (.zip).

• Quote Limit: 3 pages or less.

• Quote Validity: 90 days.

• Evaluation Factors: Best value based on technical capabilities (Acceptable/Unacceptable) and price (reasonableness and balance).

• This is a 100% small business set-aside.

• NAICS Code: 336212, Truck Trailer Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1000 employees.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• Contractors must achieve CMMC status of Level 1 at the time of award.

• The solicitation is open for 15 days.

• Late quotes will not be considered.

• Offerors are responsible for ensuring timely receipt of quotes, accounting for potential delays due to the Whiteman AFB firewall.

• Required quote submission information includes: Company Name, POC, Phone, SAM UEI, CAGE Code, Quote Expiration Date, Number of Employees, Total Yearly Revenue, and Pricing Information.

• The government may award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct them.
