Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision to perform agricultural cleaning and pressure washing services for approximately 571 pieces of 3d MLR vehicles and equipment. This includes Joint Light Tactical Vehicles (JLTVs), Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacements (MTVRs), High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles (HMMWVs), generators, trailers, and various container types. The primary objective is to ensure all equipment is 100% free of soil, sand, plant matter, insects, animal debris, oils, and gum before embarkation, meeting U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and customs inspection criteria. Services will be performed at Subic Bay International Airport, Southwest Apron (SWA).
Specific requirements include:
- Operating a wash rack capable of accommodating at least twenty (20) vehicles simultaneously, with adjacent "dirty" and "clean" staging areas.
- Providing at least twenty (20) external pressure washing systems with adequate water and drainage.
- Managing and disposing of all petroleum-based products and hazardous materials in accordance with environmental regulations.
