This Request for Quote (RFQ) seeks offers for a firm-fixed-price contract to procure a professional-grade Graphics Mounting Table for the United States Army Heritage & Education Center (USAHEC). The government reserves the right to modify the Purchase Description.

• Procurement of a professional grade Graphics Mounting Table.

• Offers Submission: Submit electronically via email to jennifer.a.wohlford.civ@army.mil before the closing date and time. Facsimile submissions will not be accepted.

• Submission Deadline for Questions: All questions must be submitted by 3:00 PM EST on March 5th, 2026, via the Q & A link within the RFQ. Questions received after this date will not receive a response.

• Offer Volumes: Offers must include three volumes:

  • Volume 1: Acknowledgement of RFQ Modifications, Representations & Certifications, Exceptions, and any other required information not in Volume 2 or 3. Small business joint ventures must submit specific representations as per FAR 52.212-3 and 52.219-1.
  • Volume 2: Technical Quote detailing how the offeror proposes to satisfy the Purchase Description requirements. This volume must not contain pricing information.
  • Volume 3: Price Quote, submitted as a separate PDF, with bottom-line prices annotated on the CLIN structure. All CLINS must be quoted unless otherwise indicated.
