• RTE Facilities Required:
  • Tension Fabric Structure (TFS) maintenance hangar (55,000 SF) to accommodate 8 open-wing and 22 closed-wing parking spaces, with an approximate height of 55'-0".
  • Modular Buildings Group 1 (5,000 SF) for maintenance offices, training rooms, break room, and restrooms (12 buildings).
  • Modular Buildings Group 2 (2,160 SF) for avionics shop, tool distribution, and storage (3 buildings).
• Timeline: RTE structures must be in place by April 1, 2026.
• Maintenance Period: Three years, renewable annually.
• Maintenance Scope: Covers the Temporary Maintenance Hangar, Modular Buildings (Groups 1 & 2), and all Real Property Installed Equipment (HVAC, fire protection, lighting, compressed air, plumbing, electrical).
• Maintenance Standard: Systems and equipment must function as designed and within OEM specifications. Breakdown maintenance is not permitted.
• Information Requested: Identify 1-3 Design-Build projects of similar size including full maintenance for over one year. For each project, provide customer POC (name, phone, email), a narrative description of services, project title, location (City/State), procurement contract number, and contract value (if available).
