Scope of Work
The requirement includes the provision, installation, and full maintenance of temporary facilities to be operational by April 1, 2026. Key components include:
- Tension Fabric Structure (TFS) Maintenance Hangar: Approximately 55,000 sqft, 55 ft high, capable of housing 8 open-wing and 22 closed-wing aircraft.
- Modular Buildings Group 1: 5,000 sqft (12 buildings) for maintenance offices, training rooms, break room, and restrooms.
- Modular Buildings Group 2: 2,160 sqft (3 buildings) for an avionics shop, tool distribution, and storage. The contractor will be responsible for comprehensive maintenance of all facilities and installed systems (HVAC, fire protection, lighting, compressed air, plumbing, electrical) for a base period of one year with up to three annual option years. Maintenance must follow a government-approved preventive schedule.

Response Requirements
Interested contractors should submit a capabilities statement (maximum 5 pages) demonstrating their ability to meet the requirements. This statement must include:
- Attachment 1: Company Information.
- Attachment 2: Technical Information, detailing 1-3 Design-Build projects of similar size and scope, including full maintenance for over one year. For each project, provide customer POC (name, phone, email), a narrative description of services, project title, location, procurement contract number, and contract value (if available).
