The government does not own the data for this requirement, and Raytheon Company (CAGE 15090) is the current sole source contractor for this effort.
Submission Requirements
Interested parties should provide documentation supporting their company's ability to meet these requirements, utilizing the provided Contractor Capability Survey. The survey requests business information and detailed responses on:
- General Capabilities: Facilities, staff, experience, classified material handling, technical data creation, and quality assurance processes.
- Maintenance & Repair: Experience with existing systems, missile systems, required facilities, and addressing unavailable data.
- Engineering Services: Software improvements for guided missile systems, cybersecurity compliance, military settings experience, and Failure Review Board (FRB) support.
- Logistics Support Services: Technical documentation, field support, Classified Government Furnished Property (GFP) handling, and delivery management.
Set-Aside & Participation
No set-aside decision has been made. Both large and small businesses are encouraged to participate. Small businesses are specifically asked to detail teaming, partnership, joint venture, or subcontracting arrangements if they cannot fulfill the entire requirement, and to identify areas suitable for small business breakout.
