Submission Requirements
Interested parties capable of meeting the requirements should submit capability statements to Stephen Fairbanks (stephen.t.fairbanks.civ@us.navy.mil). Submissions must include:
- A one-page company profile (name, address, POC, SBA classification, employee count, CAGE Code, DUNS, NAICS, major products, customer base).
- A summary outline and capabilities statement demonstrating how requirements can be met.
- Contract numbers and descriptions for similar work/products, including CPARS ratings.
- Any other information to aid the Government in refining its acquisition strategy. Responses should not exceed 10 single-spaced, 8.5 x 11 inch pages using 12 point Times New Roman font. Proprietary information must be clearly marked.
