  • Aircraft Support: Provide aircraft capable of LLSL configured parachute operations (2,200ft MSL to 6,000ft MSL, rear ramp exit), approved by Air Mobility Command, supporting 12 combat-loaded Marines and 2 Jumpmasters simultaneously, with a minimum of five flights per day.
  • Facilities & Drop Zones: Provide a ZAR-approved drop zone, adjacent airfield, billeting for 35 personnel, loading zone, and parachute packing area. Facilities must be secure, climate-controlled (minimum 2,000 sq ft) for storage and classroom instruction, with internet access.
  • Site Support: Liaison support for all PWS matters, coordination of emergency services (including air medevac and medical facility liaison), and an enclosed safety vehicle.
  • Location: Training must be within 75 miles driving distance of MCB Camp Pendleton, CA, in a dry climate with predictable weather.
